So Many Great Bike Destinations in Denver

Thanks to everyone who made it to the Bike Streets Destinations Launch Party.

It was awesome to see you and share our love for biking in Denver.

We launched three major Bike Streets Projects.

Launch #1. The Bike Streets Android app. Android folks can now use Bike Streets to get chill routes to any destination in Denver.

Launch #2. Bike Streets Destinations is a collaboration with great businesses across Denver who want you to ride there. Each Destination shares a picture of its bike parking and many offer rewards when you ride. There are 100+ Destinations to start and we’re adding more every day.

Launch #3. The Bike Streets Passport for iPhone and Android. When you use Bike Streets to ride to a Destination, you get a passport stamp in the app which you can show to get your reward.

The idea behind Destinations and the Passport is to highlight bike-friendly businesses and encourage folks to ride to a wider range of places. Bike commuting isn’t just biking to work.

Filling up your Bike Streets Passport with cool stamps from Destinations all over town is pretty satisfying. A few examples of great Destinations follow. If you tap any one of them, Bike Streets will give you a route from where you are now to that Destination.

Can’t get enough mint chocolate chip ice cream? Ride three times to High Point Creamery and get a free waffle cone.

Ready to try bar dish soap and chewable toothpaste? Ride to the amazing Off the Bottle Refill Shop and get 15% off your purchase.

Working out at any Denver rec center? Ride there and get the soon-to-be-highly-sought-after “I Biked Here” sticker.

In the mood for an outlandishly good pastry? Get a free one the first time you ride to Rebel Bread.

On the hunt for Denver’s best pretzel? Ride to Bierstadt Lagerhaus, enjoy the Bavarian goodness, and get a free 0.5L lager on your third trip.

Finally going to make that knitting project a reality? Ride to Blazing Star Ranch and get 20% off one item on your first ride.

When you ride to a Destination, Bike Streets automatically stamps your passport. And there is a massively broad array of Destinations to choose from, including restaurants, museums, music, shops, libraries, and rec centers.
